Fox & Lillie operates two core businesses in wool. Fox & Lillie is the company’s wool trading and export business, and Fox & Lillie Rural is the company’s rural services business. Combined we employ over 120 people throughout the two businesses with over 13 regional wool stores located throughout NSW and Victoria.
About the Role
We are looking for a Wool Marketing Representative / Buyer – to be based at our Inverell Store.
The role involves:
- Servicing Local Wool Growers
- Drive the private buying and brokerage business by a range of different sales and marketing tools
- Store door buying – as part of the team you will type, value, and purchase customers’ wool.
- Provide accurate and timely administration services as required for clients and our head office
- General store duties including: wool handling, wool pressing and forklift operation

About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Self Motivated, to meet KPI’s
- Great communication skills
- Passionate Wool handling experience
- Flexibility in work to ensure client needs are achieved
- Local Knowledge / connections in the local community
- Physically fit and able to complete a pre-employment medical
- Forklift license or ability to obtain
- Current Drivers Licence
